Hello guys/girls

Just wondering if anyone knows the difference between them?

did some research on them but couldnt find much, only this.

GTR 32 was only up to 1992

GTR 32 v-spec came out in feb 1993

GTR 32 v-spec II came out in feb 1994

does anyone else know any more info of the difference?

in '94 the R32 was only produced in GTR version...

GTS and GTST finished in '93... that's when the R33 GTS and GTST started, you'll find also that R33 GTR was first released in '95...

[year after '94 - (R32 GTR)]

In actual fact the R32 GTR was built along side the R33 well past 94. Nissan do this regularly, continue a known model along side the new one.

Of course I dont expect you all to belive me. I just happen to have contacts in Japan who know this stuff, and Im not willing to make a big deal over it. Who really cares if they stop production in 93 or 96 anyway?

I have only ever seen one R32 GT-R tagged as a 95. It was a 94 build, but first registered in '95. So carried that info on the auction sheet.

Oh dear.

A search would reveal the answers, but for those too lazy:

A R32 V-spec has the following bits:

Brembo brakes.

17" BBS rims.

The V-spec two gets all this and a sticker as well.

There are no other differences worth worrying about.

Yes the oil pump drive was changed on the later model R32's & is better. Don't know exactly when, however.

I had a thingo that tells you how to read the build plate on a GT-R. Can't find it, however surely this stuff is stickied somewhere. That many people ask it isn't funny.
