Oh and correction to Paul's username, should be HR31_RB20DET, my bad. Although he wishes he had the RB25DET powah!!! Hehehehe.

Where's Irish and Mrs Irish???? Won't be the same without the token drunken Irish...

Will get everyone to confirm definately next week, closer to the date and will also get onto Vish about organising a bite to eat beforehand.

saw sally and irish on wensday for HID kits.. must say he wasnt sure if he could make it or not .. maybe a lil nagging will work ! oh Sus-t did you want a set of hid too ? maybe i can give them to you before the 24th so you can have em in the car also can get them for the Commi as well which is just H4

Okay guys, i have managed to book an 2 extra lanes for the night.

Could i please get everyone to definately confirm that they will be there, or please let me know if you had said you are coming, but cannot make it now. Bookings are essential for the Saturday night bowlings as the lanes fill up very quickly. Therefore if any one decides to show up on the night without putting their name down here, it will not be guaranteed that they will get a lane.

Thanks!

hmm i may be lawn bowling....looks like a big turn out though. will see i may be tryin to get the car running as well....and that is more important atm.

8 months and counting is too long.

Thanks guys. I've given up trying to keep track of who's coming and who's not, seeing as i can't edit any of my posts and it's just getting all messy. Four lanes have been booked, which is enough for everyone who has already said they are coming above.

Nadeem and i will be up for dinner. As long as we aren't late to the bowling centre like last time and can all meet out the front in the carpark at 8.30pm, all ready to start bowling at 9pm.

Looking forward to it!

me and sal are def in, cant go 4 dinner beforehand, i finish work at 6 so ill be rushing to get there on time neway. but we will be there at 8.30. cant wait. are we just going are seperate ways or are we crusing around for a bit??

Sorry to take over the thread Teena , how about meeting point is Coffee Club Logan Hyperdome not far from the bowling place we can have a few chai's / drinks etc and head to bowl im brining about 4 cars with me, i'll be at the coffee club at 7-7.30 at latest

Awesome guys, can't wait to catch up! We'll meet you's at bowling at 8.30pm... We'll be in our VT SS.

Lol at Adam's welcome owl. I think he just wants an excuse to put something in between his legs again...

    • Nah no bearings, just slip fit.  Would be a reasonably challenging but not impossible job to modify it to run bearings but I'm hoping that's not necessary as I may have well built one myself if I end up spending hours modifying it!
    • Brumbys with good shells are bloody expensive, I've looked at 2 "cheaper" cars, and walked away from both,  plus after some research spare parts are fairly sparce I'm starting to think that I missed the boat on finding a clean one that is straight (ish) and without alot rust I'm starting to think about a old Hilux as panels and other parts are much more available as they sold tens of thousands of them I use to be indecisive but now I'm not sure
    • A Brumby would probably fit a big metal toolbox in the back... this is how it begins
    • Picked up a new OEM boot seal for the MX5 today as the old one got ripped a bit by me being a idiot by seeing if I could fit a large metal tool box in it, it didn't fit, and ripped the seal with the corner of the tool box I am still waiting on time to get the cams and new balancer installed, as well as the repairs to the boot Time will not be an issue soon though
