hey i got a defected skyline i want gone Make/Model: NISSAN R31 SKYLINE SEDAN

Year: 1988

Transmission type: Manual - short shift kit

Engine: RB20DET

Colour: White

Modifications:

*R32 RB20DET

*Short shifter

*HKS POD

*1ton pressure plate and H/D clutch

*Mandrel bent turbo back exhuast

*Manual bleed valve

*FMIC

*BOV

*2x Thermal fans with switch inside car

*R32 Radiater

*Bilstein lowered suspension all round

very srong engine n gearbox but needs a radiator and intercooler pipe i used them on my other car

offers over $2000 wheels do not come with it

For spares only i'm afraid. I went through this before, you can't do anything with the title (e.g. change ownerships etc) - and I was told both by my compliancer and RTA that it was illegal for the previous owner to sell you a defective vehicle.

he can sell it to other states as the defects do not carry over.

or, otherwise, just deregister the vehicle, and sell it as unregistered. not sure if it works in sa, but it's a loophole to get rid of defects in qld.
