Boost Issues

hey im having problem with my rb25det.

under 1/4 throttle there is no problem and will rev right out but anything over 1/4 throttle my car seems to cut out just when it hitting boost. even with free reving.

i have changed the afm, crank angle sensor, ignitor, external wastegate, throttle sensor.

i gained an exhaust leak out of the manifold as i have just changed engine and screwed up a lil there.

the car was running previously on 11psi via the external wastegate spring and everything was fine.

since then i have changed it to a turbo smart external gate runnin 7psi so it cant be a boost cut issue.

it like the ecu is cutting the injectors but why???

does anyone have any ideas on what it could be???
