Wtf Wrong Coil Packs?

Hey guys, ive been having some misfire trouble so i went to take out my coilpacks to check for cracks and i dont think it has the right ones it it!

The coil packs that are in there each have 3 screws? there is no fourth screw hole! but the cradle has 4 holes? and from what i can see in tutorials on removing them rb25 coils should have 4 screws?

If you look closely its almost as though there is space around the packs as well as if they are too small!

When i bought the car it came with no cover for that part of the engine either so maybe the swapped them out or something?

Oh and while im here the pack at closest to the front seems to have oil around it? ive wiped it away a few times but it always come back

most r33 coilpacks that I have seen only have 2 screws holding them in and series I (93-Mid 95) and Series II (95 On) have diffrent coil packs

oil is from your rocker covers. just tighten the screws. 2 screws on my coils as well rb25. different plug from series 1 and series 2 engines. went through hell and back with just jap over that.

ah ok cool ive taken 3 out now and can see that there isnt anything wrong just looked a bit out of place at first! Hopefully this fixes the misfire problem.

of the 3 ive taken out so far i havent been able ot see any cracks

Cover is usually taken (and left) off to keep heat out of the coil packs to extend their life.

Oil getting into the spark plugs was what was causing my misfire issues, i found this out after I bought splitfires... oh well, problem fixed.
