Front Page Looking Weird

Just today i have noticed that the front page doesnt load up properly.

I have done, clear history, cookies etc..

Heres the pic:

Ok i tried it again and the page loaded up fine.. like normal

Strange.. coz all morning i was getting this

anyways all good

when it happens press ctrl-F5

that clears cache and reloads

Yeah the CSS didn't load by the looks of it, which in layman's terms tells your browser what the page should look like. That can be caused by a whole stack of things from server load to your internet connection/ISP being hammered at the time. But as Madaz says, CTRL-F5 should fix it most of the time

It hangs for lil while i think, cus of the long ttl. On intermittant wifi connections, i get this often; page will set there with rough menu structure / graphics / formatting.
