Comments / Modifications:

First Australian owner, I bought this car from a Private Importer in Melbourne in September of 2006 as a stock standard R33 GTST at 76,000kms (22,000kms, majority being highway kilometers, in 1.5 years)and have had no problems (bar the few common minor problems to do with faulty sensors, all fixed and replaced before January 08, have not resurfaced since) within my brief ownership of this car. My only reason for sale is that i cannot justify owning two cars, nothing to do with petrol as driving the skyline predominantly on the highways sees an average of 650kms from a full tank of BP98, it is just the rego and general upkeep and the temptation to modify the skyline is too much for my wallet to handle at this present time.

The only modification this car has seen under my ownership is a larger exhaust (3" HKS Silent Hi-Power and BATMBL split dump/front and high-flow cat), it is not overly loud (exhaust is designed to be quieter then most 3" exhaust systems) but the deeper note may be above the RTA legal dB limits so car will be sold with stock R33 GTST exhaust for RWC.

This car has been serviced every 5,000km with Mobil1 10W30, new oil filter and new air filter and has recently (today - 4/5/08) had a major service completed including:

*New Excedy Clutch (and spigot/thrust bearing)

*100,000km Service - including timing belt, water pump, idle tensioner, cam seals etc.

*All brake rotors machined

*New rear brake pads

*Coolant flush

*New brake and clutch fluid

*Oil, oil filter, air filter replaced

*Throttle body cleaned

*Car retuned

The car will also be sold with 4 brand new Federal Tyres (unfitted as this sale starts, though will be fitted as soon as possible)

Cosmetic modifications are minor and include:

*R34GTT Rims

*Greddy A-Pillar pod mount with HKS boost gauge (readings in Bar)

*Painted center console (white) (pictures below)

*Nismo Leather Gear knob

*Door fabric (not the best quality but the previous Japanese owner was either a smoker or a clumsy pyromaniac and there were small burns on the fabric areas, they would need to be replaced regardless so i thought i would try replacing them myself with white leather) (pics below)

*Gear and Handbrake boots (leather surrounds) re-made in Italy (fancy pants name dropping :nyaanyaa:)with genuine leather in white and black (pictures below)

*Main dash gauges replaced with 300km/h and in white (AMEC supplied kit) and dash lights replaced with blue LEDs (supplied by 666DAN)

*Genuine GTR (Vspec I, more fancy pants name dropping) bootlid and spoiler already painted in QM1 (i spent A LOT of time searching for this, probably my biggest regret in selling the car) Plastic not fibreglass and has working brake light

*Light up Rear 'SKYLINE' Garnish (pics to come)

(note, the small reader on the steering column is not a boost controller, it is a digital rev/speedometer that came with the car, the car has never been run on boost above the factory 7psi)

Any questions are welcome and as stated above, if you would like to get in contact with me please send me a message over Skylines Australia and i will PM you my Mobile number (don't really like the idea of posting my mobile number online :()

In regards to my p-plates and to remove any bias/stereotyping, my previous driving record is as follows (and can be found on these forums): bought an r32 4-door in early-mid 2006, wrote it off on a pole 7 days later, scared straight and to the dislike of friends refuse to even attempt anything 'p-platerish' in any car purchased thereafter. The tyres on the car are the same as when i bought the car almost 2 years ago and would still pass roadworthy, they are only being replaced as 2 years is a bit too long for 1 set of tyres.

Thanks

Alex

for some reason the main post will not let me edit so updating here.

Forgot to mention that the car comes with Apexi pen turbo timer and C.A.M alarm system with immobiliser, window sensors (smashed windows), secondary battery (alarm cannot be turned off by disconnecting battery), black wiring (no distinguishable wiring), adjustable sensitivity.

Price is also negotiable

:P if i could ride a hayabusa without killing myself i would be, but thats not the case. Im bad enough on my 125 dirtbike in the paddocks let alone some ridiculously powerful road bike haha

bumping it up again.

Just to summarise this sale in one sentence.

$15,000 for a near stock 1996 Series II R33 which has traveled 22,000kms in my 2 year ownership that has just had the 100,000km major service, a new clutch and 4 brand new Federal tyres fitted.

How is that not a good deal :x ? Fair enough you can buy one of the other r33s for sale here for 9,000 but generally you get what you pay for. Nothing in life is free

Not yet. Finding any time off work is very difficult at the moment, I'm in my final 2 weeks of my job. Heres a photo taken just now to show im not stalling for time that i have the tyres all set to go its just a matter of getting them on:

(note, they are getting properly stored for the time being, not just sitting outside )

If i dont get a chance to get them fitted this friday it won't be until after the 1st of June
