Another lame thread

I confuse now what polycarbonate that fit skyline ? do I have to bent the plates to fit in?

Someone said I can only put 7 characters and I see the website I can put 9 characters please advice me and give me idea of a good name for plates

you cant bend polycarbonate plates they crack - strich9 has slimlines front and back i think on his

7 on steel

9 on poly

9 characters normal size or slimline? Oh so you can fit polycarbonate slimline? If that so I might take polycarbonate

Erik, On the transport website they specify the dimensions of the plates. Get a tapemeasure to make sure they'll fit:D

The Custom Series comes in a choice of aluminium or polycarbonate. You can have up to any 7 digit, alpha/numeric combination in full size aluminium and up to any 9 digit, alpha/numeric combination in full size polycarbonate.

They come in a range of sizes. All you need to do is select the size you want: full, 3/4 size, 1/2 size, slim line or motorcycle. You can even have a slim line size plate on the front and a normal size plate on the rear of your vehicle if you wish.

Custom plate sizes:

Small motorcycle available in aluminium only - (190mm * 100mm)

Normal motorcycle aluminium & polycarbonate - (254mm * 100mm)

Slimline aluminium & polycarbonate - (372mm * 100mm)

1/2 size aluminium & polycarbonate - (190mm * 134mm)

3/4 size aluminium & polycarbonate - (315mm * 134mm)

Normal size aluminium - (372mm * 134mm)

Normal size polycarbonate - (375mm * 134mm).

Yes I know those plates but which one will fit skylines as I see skyline with polycarbonate bent their polycarbonate plates to fit on skyline. I"m not sure why there reason is but I just saw it like that

Erik i have slimline polycarbonate plates on my R33 ..... no bending necessary .... fit fine

Russ, We were told that side mounting the plates is ok, aslong as they can still be viewed from directly infront of the vehicle:D
