Rb20 Ingnition Same As Rb25

i have an rb20 in my silvia and i am in the process of dropping a s1 rb25 into it. I have spilt fire coil packs in my 20 and i would like to use them in the 25 but it is a series one and i didnt get an ingnition box with it so i was wondering if i could u the rb20 ingnition module and the split fires on the rb25 series 1 engine. Are they the same impedences and if not could i get the rb25 module and still use the split fires as well?

you can use the rb20 ignitor on the rb25 with some rewiring. Don't ask me for details as i can't remember, i did it years ago. You do have to remove the plugs and swap them around as the rb25 plugs are opposite to the rb20 ones.

but yes, if you find an rb25 ignitor then the coils will plug in and work fine as they are suitable for 20, s1 25 and 26.
