Mine is S1, and it obviously got the V V T controller (now I think is dying) that I need to replace.

I think all RB25DET has V V T

Hmm.. I think some people call it VCT (Variable Cam Timing) but not sure if they're the same or not. S14 silvia got them and the VCT controller sometimes dies and need to be replaced, otherwise you may get weird noises from the engine....
