yes... just had the inlet manifold gaskets replaced... could it be the butterflies sitting open???

this happens all the time, even if the engine is hot.

like has already been said, check your tps values. the tps could have been moved or not put back on properly when your gaskets where changed.

how could you put the tps on wrong???

it could be adjusted on the 2 bolts wrong giving a higher voltage to the ecu at throttle of causing it to idle higher. or the throttle on of switch could be faulty and continually giving a "ON" signal.

You didn't clean around the butterflies, did you?
