thanks buddy, hoping its not a split hose, theres 3 going onto the lid, dunno how hard they would be to change as they disappear onto the sides of the hole where u access the lid and then the pump..

The only advice I could give, would be to not light up a cigarette whilst driving! Or else you'll have a 'bargearse' moment.

I don't have the piece of metal that restricts which pump nozzle u can put in to fill the car. My fuel tank and associated pressure etc is fine. I just have the normal factory fuel hole which is exactly the same as the one I had in my aus delivered pulsar before I bought the skyline. All I'm in danger of is accidentally putting diesel in... Which I'm not stupi enough to do

Lol I don't have an insert... I have no probs with fuel smell and it still goes pshh...unless it's bone dry

i love when i go to fill up and hear the pshhhh when i open the tank
