Problem with alignment ?

I just had my wheels aligned on Saturday.

When driving back from the shop, I found the car's handling to have changed dramatically.

When going over bumps etc. the car seems to jump all over the road.

Could this possibly be due to incorrect toe settings ? If so what is the average setting for an R33.

Here's whitelines suggested settings.

For toe, I use -0.5 at the rear, 0 at the front.

Did you find out the settings they used when they did the alignment?
