hi everyone~!

i might be pretty keen as it sound like a fun day. i have never been on a track and don't have any sort of special licence apart from normal SA licence.... Can i still join in and have a drive on the track?

another thing is, if i end up getting on the track, what are the essential things that the car needs to be preped with? (with budget in mind...) My 33 is pretty much stock with filter and exhust...

So exciting to see SA peeps getting out to the track..It's the best fun and since I have moved to NSW been awesome getting into Driver training days and supersprints..

Best thing is to service you car before and change all fluids and oils if you can..and a good set of tyres..

I would see how your car goes and have some fun and then from there see what it will need in upgrades..

Best advise I can give is do all your braking for the corners before you start turning...if you get what I mean

I would love to take my car on the track but hicas is a bit of a problem atm so until i get a lock bar and cash to do it ill just come and support you boys

Hmm, very tempted to get out there in the Stag and see what she can do.

I know Mallala like the back of my hand, having done 100s track days and raced there on my RS250 and GSXR. Curious to know how much of my knowledge of the track on bikes would go in a car!

Might try real hard to get out there.

Sounds like a great idea - I have always wondered the opposite, many many laps under my belt in various 4 wheel steeds but always wanted to take my bike out there. Had a Gixxer too - 98 750, but had to sell it a while back. Gotta get another one some day!
