Ive heard the whiteline springs are very good. They lower your car almost dead on the limit of 100mm and the S15s are low to begin with so you dont have much room to play with. Im getting a set for my S14 shortly, so I'll see how they go...

Guess it depends how much you want to spend. If you are trying to do it on the cheap then go to Pedders. If you want something decent then Manta Racing, Drummond and other's will set you up with a high grade setup. If you want to top shelf then you'll be going for coil-overs, but it's probably not necessary unless you go to the track, and even then debatable, unless you have money to burn.
