Hi,

ive got gtt r34 with coil overs on them which are quite old im assuming as it was in it when i purchased the car a year ago. Im getting these squeaks from the rear side (especially rear left or maybe its only the rear left side) when i come across bumpy roads, all i want is some suggestions on what it could be. I thought maybe its the coil over suspension giving out the squeaks but then again there could be many i thought such as rear diff, not enough diff oil. etc etc

Or is the only possible answer for squeaks at rear the coil over suspension?

thanks

so your saying my left rear side might have rubber seals missing? The squeaks are alittle annoying but not so much as it isn't all that loud and nothing rattles (atleast i dun think the minor rattles come from the same issue).

So if it is the rubber seals, is it an easy fix? how much does it cost?

hey guys please i need some more suggestions on what this could be?

Can the rear diff going make this squeaky sound for every bumpy road or is the diff just not possible to make any squeaky sounds even if its about to go? (So that i can cross out the alternatives by confirming it with you guys)

Can it be the suspension on one rear side making this squeaky sound?

What else can the squeak come as it only makes that sound when its a bumpy road whether im rolling in neutral or gear.

is it more a groan? And say if you reverse out of a driveway, will it be quite noticeable then from the transition of sloped driveway, to the flat road?

i get more of groan then a squeak from the rear left of my R34. This was after i put the bilstein shocks and whiteline springs in.

I've had it up on the hoist at the sus place i got it installed at, and they said everything looked fine, so i'm thinking i'd have to take the rear seats back out again as it might be something happening back there.

might be rubbing on something, but the groan makes me think it's not just rubbing.... it's weird... but i get it from the rear left on my car too

i've got Redline gear oil in my diff, not that old, and it didn't make these noises until after the sus install, so maybe it's not the diff?
