does any one know of any tyre place on the southside of brisbane (i live in coopers plains) doing the same thing as treads international, bring 2nd hand tyres in by the container load? 225/50/16 for only 50bucks with no less than 80% tread is an awesome price

I was just thinking about them today, have not been there for years, was wondering if they were still going, if they are please let us know here!

I'm going round there saturday morning.

They now have the facility to remove wheels from cars, strip tyres, put new ones on, balance and re-fit to car.

Striping a rim costs $5 each

fitting and balancing of new tyre is $10

So $15 per rim for a strip, fit and balance? Not bad

It seems their site is down, might have to give them a buzz as i could do with 2 near new tyres.

What brands of tyres do they seem to stock?
