I think they are 36 front an 40 rear.

Could I talk you into a straight edge + tape measure post on the rear 9.5" offset? I need an agressive offset for my v35 sedan (I'm using Tein s-type springs).

will it fit into r34 without having to roll the guards?

Dont know but it all depends on how low the car is and what camber you have. Use this wheel offest calculator to help you. http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp. compair these wheels to the ones you have on the car.
