Maybe if you wanted to get some work done to the RB25 box then stick it in so you can minimize your off road time. Otherwise no I dont see any benefits what so ever

What would be good for your car is a 5 speed from an R33 :woot:

It may well be stronger but unless you are making decent power and have modified the auto in some way then I wouldnt be worrying about transmission strength

For the manual off the top of my head u need:

- Box

- Shifter

- Manual center console surround

- Clutch slave/master and piping

- Pedal

- Manual tailshaft

- Modified crossmember (if fitting 33 trans) and manual gearbox mount.

- Manual engine back plate

- Manual flywheel, flywheel bolts and spigot bush

- Clutch

- Clutch lever/throwout bearing assembly.

Probably missed some things.
