Serious time now, need to know what time we can setup, where we are going to meet and transport to get the gear there to setup the display??? I have to get some transport after the setup please to get to car rental place. I have floor covering (B&W chequered vinyl) cost $60 for 4 x 2.5 meters which is enough to have .5 of a meter on the side and the complete lenght of the car.

What else do you need a hand with at this time as well Paul??
