Yes, Carwings is a very advanced Nav system which integrates live operators on the other end and many many other features. Its a subscriber service, and puts you in contact with an operator at the touch of a button. Don't worry if you haven't got it, coz unless you're in Japan, its totally useless here.

I didn't buy the car for all of the gadgets (they are a bonus) I just love the car.
