craig R33
the previous owner pretty much neglected the cleaning side of things, he forked out decent money for the rims, but never cleaned them, now it has many rust spots around them, specially on the deep dish on the rear, i purchased some mothers chrome polish, it made the chrome come up shiney, but didnt remove the small spots. any ideas? AndrewJZX100
Brasso?? I had polished SSRs with the same problem on my sprinter. Got on the brasso or similar (it was a mild cutting compount of some description, name escapes me at the mo) and that got rid of 99% of the rust, then polished the rims up and it came up good as gold. Might be something to give a shot.
