I recently installed a set of Cusco adjustable front camber arms at +5 on my 94 ECR33.

If I brake quickly at any speed, a single thump is heard and felt through the steering wheel. If I apply smooth, progressive pressure, no problems at all.

I had the front up on jack stands a few hours ago. When I rotate the wheel and apply the brake, the camber arms move at their mounting points. I had a 4 technicians look at this (US Army Auto Skills Center) and have no idea because both sides do this. The manger of the shop has the same set on his 34 GTT but they make no noise.

Yes, the bolts are tight and the arms are for an ECR33.

The only thing we came up with is the arms are not rubber isolated and transmit the shock because the bolts are not a perfect fit.
