My Car Alarm Is Playing Up!

Hey Guys,

Last night i went to my car to get my ipod out and then i locked the car and then the Remote for the alarm started to Beep it is a Spy Car Alarm not many people know the brand now the remote just kept beeping and i could not lock or unlok the car with the remote.

I spoke to a few people and they stated that if my batery for my car was running out then this could be the problem do any of you guys know what i can do or where i can take it to get it fixed as i dont have a manual for the alarm it didnt come with the car and i dont know where to get one from or where to go can someone please give me some advise???
