ok heres what you do go to http://www.mmsport.com.au/ or call VIC (03) 9553-4200 they will post up the battery. find the PHB-900 goes for $350 head to supercheap repco one of those and buy the pre-made leads heres a list everything I used

heres the best and reliable option with no probs

PHB-900 mmsport $350 pick-up

with the leads best to take old ones out as wont fit this battery and use to measure the new lead get about 150mm longer then standard you will cut them anyway

15019 supercheap battery lead $8.00

15021 supercheap battery lead $10.00

vn commodore battery clamp as battery is nearly 2 times bigger about $10.00

and new battery terminal clamps

steps taken

1. remove old battery

2. remove the whole negative lead

3. remove the whole positive lead from fuse area (pull of cover think 14mm socket be very carefull not to snap the bolt take it very easy I had to pull the whole fuse thingy out and get pliers and a socket)

4. get new positive cable put in vice and bend the terminal to 90 degress (use hanmmer if you need to)

5. assemble back onto the positive post and re-assemble

6. bolt negative onto top neg bolt in boot

7. place new battery into the battery tray (put old battery tie down rod in the back 1st)

8. tie down the battery tightly

9. cut the leads to length add terminal clamps

10. put poistive on first then the negative

heres a option if you have a alarm because the battery is a lil bit dearer than others let keeps it working well

I bought a charger that is hard wired to the battery

750ma battery fighter junior from bias boating . com (maybe) $59.95

two option aligator clips or hard wired you can charge it and leace it connected for ever will not harm the battery had mine charging since december goes into idle mode. gud luck

shell, you do know the jump point for 33s is in the engine bay right? not directly onto the battery. they have special little teminals in the engine bay for easy jump starts.

neither did the NRMA guys obviously...
