SkyDragon
What is the largest (hp wise) low mount turbo for a RB25DET? Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/220598-largest-low-mount-for-a-33-gtst/ Share on other sites
paulr33
with the right manifold and setup a gt30 should fit under there or a 35r but the std heatshield wont fit, so if you leave it off, it will stick out like dogs balls Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/220598-largest-low-mount-for-a-33-gtst/#findComment-3890437 Share on other sites

GeeTR
Laggy compared to what?... Be sure to check the 25 page "RB25 Dyno" thread. Theres sure to be more then one person with dyno charts and mods, allowing you to check where 3071 users start making boost. axe s
I've just put a GT35 on my standard manifold with a bit of modification (external W/G <-- see pic) and a 10mm spacer welded onto the T3 flange looks good not all that noticeable once pipes are in... SkyDragon
Well Im running a HKS GT2530 at the moment, response is great, however I am 80-100hp short of my 380-400rwhp goal. I want to maintain response, early spool and keep the turbo mounted low - dont want much! Maybe a HKS 2835proS is the go?
