Just Installed Bov

ok guys since i installed my bov, when im driving and i shift i hear a small pop out the exhaust......i was reading and people were saying you need to adjust your tps sensor but no one says in what direction...

can someone please help me!!!

mate, thats just the regular recirc to atmo change.

Your old bov had the air going back into the intake. when that is blocked off and an atmo is installed, there is less air going into your engine. Your ECU is still putting in the same amount of fuel for less air than normal going in. i.e. more fuel than needed and causing a backfire. Without some sort of air/fuel computer or re-tune or new ECU its never going to stop

Thats normal for changing to an ATMO BOV

Please search. The whole "BOV" debate, issues, pros/cons have been done to a very detailed degree over the years.

We dont really need another BOV related thread.
