Hiya, I've just found out that no-one in England can map a PowerFC for a R34 GTT because no-one has the right "lead" to connect it to a laptop (they can map GTR's but the GTT use's a different FC Commander version and needs a new lead to communicate with the laptop) and can only use the FC Commander which isn't ideal. Is there anyone who can get me a lead or tell me where to find one as I assume that your tuners have the right leads as they can map your GTT's.

Any help is greatly appreciated and you'll be able to help map the 1st GTT in the UK!

Hi IanH, we use the Commander to tune Power FC's. I have only ever seen two types of Commanders for R34's 415-N001 or 415-X001.

The above link shows the PFC and Commander models for each vehicle, it might help.

Datalogit have a porgram for laptops to tune (and data log) but as far as I know it is only available for GTR's at the moment.

Apexi Power Excel dealers in Japan have laptop programs supplied by Apexi, but the licence fees are expensive. I don't know of anyone In Australia that is a licensed Excel shop.

Hope that is of some use

Thanks SydneyKid - The GTT needs the N001 Commander and I was sent the X001 so I'll have to change that anyway. Even with the right Commander there is still no-way to connect a laptop (and Commander won't be as good). I'm in contact with Datalogit about a GTT version so I'll let you know later how that goes.

Ian, did you ever hear back from them about a GTT version? I'm probably going to be buying a GTT in the near future and I was hoping to get it mapped with the Datalogit software.

Cheers,

Michael
