lol, she isn't exactly the modifying type. i'd guess someone's done it. i can't stand the noise of an M3 engine, sounds so tinny. it'd be interesting to see what it would sound like with a couple of snails strapped to it

If she were to get the m3 she would then have to twin turbo it, wonder if anyone has done that yet?

That's sounds retarded to me. Apologies if you felt deep enthusiasm

IMO the sound is perfect. It's raspy and mechanical.

The engine is engineered to a very high standard. TTing it would mess up the linear power delivery. BUT it would be a good idea if you were only interested in affixing a big bulging pair of testes to the M.

my boss has a 135i on order. she was going to go the M3, but the 135i was about $45K cheaper. supposed to do 0-100 in 5.2 seconds.

aristos are cool but they are all pretty much auto right?

They're a bit more than a turbo charged camry... Rear wheel drive and came out new at over 100 grand. They were built to compete with the mercedes M class and M5 bmw's at the time and were faster that BOTH. So value for money they are pretty awesome... The japs look after them better than the average nissan too - generally Aristo owners were more mature than silvia and line owners. It's not uncommon to find one with plastic on the seats!!!

Yeah they only came out as auto but personally I love my sleeper/cruiser. The sequential turbo delivery is beautiful - torque from idle... And the turbo's are bigger than stock gtr's. There's guys running around with over 260rwkw on stock turbo's and up to 300rwkw with wastegate mods and larger compressor wheel. Don't forget that's through an auto! Say hello to well over 400rwkw with a big single...

Cheers

Dude, If you cant afford teh petrol that the car drinks you cant afford teh car.

Guess who?

Manual 1jzgte JZX90 / JZX100 / JZX110

I had a Jzx90 and loved it but decided to modify a R33 to a drift car as aftermarket parts and spare parts a much easier to source and cheaper then the Jzx90.

If your never driven a standard manual Jzx90 / Jzx100 / Jzx110 with 1jzgte I recommend you try.

Every time I get out of my CLK55 AMG and get into the GTS4 I think

damn I should have just made the GTS4 ride a bit softer to make the wife happy!

Because, though the Merc has much more power, it handles like crap compared to

the HR32 GTS4 and I cant use it like I can in the Skyline which I feel more comfortable at any speed in.

As for the wifes Mazda Familia GTX, I often think why dont I sell the others and get this into the elevens! :D
