I would ask the person who built it.

I think you would find it would run out of its efficiency window well before you reach its physical boost limit.

Get a wideband up it and find out low / mid 20's

I would say around 18-20psi is a safe bet, but it really depends who built it with what internals etc.

honestly to kill 6 turbos in how long (probably a couple of years) there MUST be another issue.

No small kinks in any oil lines?

dunno why i put a hiflow again. maybe price.

this time i put full braided lines

what turbo? ive got a gcg highflow and so does my mate, good to around 16-17psi

No point in running more than 16-18psi or the turbo will be outside its efficiency. You could run it into the 20's if you want but all it will do is create excess heat and stress the turbo.

I still suspect oil supply/pressure problems... 6 turbos is a sign of oil hands down

Oh i thought GCG provides 12 months? Guess i'm wrong.

I think Pete ( Bass Junky ) has one of those on his 34 and he made 270rwkw on it with 17psi? Can't remember.

GCG does provide a 12 month warranty on highflows

Warranty on their work, ie the machining, balancing and new cartridge

If the turbo fails due to you not providing enough oil pressure, you letting foreign objects into the compressor side etc.

You'll see how long that warranty doesn't last

I have not heard of one turbo being fixed under warranty from Garrett, or any other turbo distributor if the problem is not made by them.

I mean, why should they?
