Places For Afterparty

Im after some good venues for an afterparty. Round 200-300 people. Would prefer club.

Edit: What's this for if you don't mind me asking? I'm sure it would help others choose a location for you as well. If it's a birthday party, choose a house somewhere, wedding, go to some restaurant, etc.

Won't year 12's be a combination of 17/18 year olds so a club wouldnt be suitable?

Maybe some kind of church hall with some lemonade and banners up. School sports hall?

No club will take that on board being there would be so many under agers, and with current club climate and new rules etc, its even tighter id imagine

yea my formal me and my friends cruised the city and teased hookers in st kilda bahahahah, went china town to have a meal befor all that.

I would be highly surprised if any club/pub will allow it with the Liquor Licensing laws. Best bet would be with a local scout hall or similiar and just arrange security, DJ etc.

Where I work there used to be lots held at a Dance Studio but in the end I was the main one responsible for shutting them down permanently. Not the invited guests fault but about 100-200 local youths that cause trouble tried to gatecrash everyone of them so I put an end to it as I ended up being tied up there the whole time of the party every time.

Even shut one down with 400 people and seized all alcohol at party which was left with security making them very happy as there was about 5 bins full.
