Turbosmart Dual Port Bov

I currently have a turbo smart dual port BOV. For those you you that dont know about it it can be modified into three different BOV. Firstly Plumbed back. Secondly vent to astomsphere. and thirdly Both plumbed back and venting.

What i would like to know is if i get pulled over with it being fully plumbed back, but because it was a backing plate secured onto it with four little screws, can it possibly be called a defect because it can be changed over so easily.

it will be defective as it is not the stock unit.

doesn't matter if it's plumback or not.

not standard, and the cops will give you shit about it.

even if you argue that it is doing the same job as a stock one, they will make you go get it tested and pretty much just waste your time and money.

use the stocker.
