predator
This thread probably should be more about people's general thoughts and things rather than any specific organisation though. Any further suggestions ppl want to put forward?? $30 seems a good figure? that extra $10 multiplied by say 50 members is an extra $500 for the initital formation. I'd definitely pay $30 for an initial club membership.... Horus
Id like an official sau wet t shirt contest No seriously....I think there should be 2 basic membership structures- a social one which entitles you to ricey stickers and the priviledge of coming to meets/cruises, and an track membership which has the full on CAMS stuff....right now Id be up for just a social membership, but when I get a track worthy car at the end of the year Ill be up for the track membership Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/22158-your-club-what-do-you-want/page/3/#findComment-480368 Share on other sites

Canadian GTR
I'm only new so my say probably doesnt count for much, but the combo sounds like a great idea. The $30 sounds about right, with extra for full membership. I'd be more then happy to help out as well. inark
everyones say counts it doesnt matter if ur new or not... the thoughts of those that are just coming here are probably just as, if not more important than the regulars. welcome. Ronin 09
Both social and full. Even though we're just povo-GTS-t owners i would rather have a go on the track than have it on the street. I think anything around 100 bucks can't break the bank too much. DJ_L3ThAL
i will gegt full but i dstill think we need a social membership for the 'post whores' who dont ownsick cars (ie. darky) dso then they can come bowling etc bnut i think the social side of things should be handled by the general people and not the 'admins' dso to speak Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/22158-your-club-what-do-you-want/page/3/#findComment-483166 Share on other sites
clarkey
I vote for the full membership with the CAMS affiliation etc. The rtack day is a great option to have even if we only do it a couple of times a year. I like the idea of BBQs etc. after a cruise so as we can all get together and chat and get to know each other. I'm also willing to help out where ever possible. phorj
I like the idea of both social and full. Have the 2 options gives people the choice of wether or not they want to go out and do stuff, of use the club as a source of information for everything skyline related. I started off coming here to find out more about skylines, but after a while i went on cruises and put faces to names. Basically, I enjoy the cruises and attend when I can... the forums are excellent and I've been dieing for a track day! I understand that there will be people that aren't in the same position as me, but CAMS affiliation would be great (though I understand costly). I've never really givin it any thought until now... but this something that really needs looked into! Although selling my skyline and buy a Civic with NEONS does sound appealing... Cyric
I'm up for the full membership, a few hundred bucks for a cams day has to be less than the walk home when the cops take your license for trying the exact same thing on the street!
