Buying Car From Over East.

well I'm quite interested in a car for sale on these forums.

What would need to be done for it to pass pits over here on arival?

I am curious as I am very interested in buying a skyline from over east as they seem to be cheaper and more of a selection.

Also, I don't fully understand the proccess, if a car is bought here unregestered from over east, does it go straight to the pits?
