What a great start to a week found my r33 broken into and our family car (commodore) at 5.30am this morning and a possibility that i may have scared them away when i turned the front light on to get my scarf out of the car this morning otherwise it would have been my bf's r32 aswell. (luckily)

unfortunately for me inside of my car was soaked from the rain this morning as the scum left both car doors (passenger) and (driverside) wide open. Hhmm took my lunch money damn low life scum, they were probably in the process in taking my safc as i found it on the passenger seat so it would have been ripped out. i guess its good news that it was still there and i dont know if there was further damage as i had to run off to go to work.

i thought i lived in a safe neighbourhood but no such thing anymore.

i thought i was still dreaming when i walked out to find this.

Located in the western suburb (plumpton) just lookout!

ppl like this deserve to have acid poured down there throat, they're eyes ripped out by vultures, have they're arms and legs ripped off by a torture machine, and then left to die...

and they stole your lunch money?!?!?! :D:(

Plumpton aye, near Mounty County and and all that.

Wow that area trust me, i wouldnt call it as safe, i know a few people there that have had their cars stolen and burnt, especially Hyundai Excels.

But hope they burn in hell, losers!

no... known fact western suburbs is dodgy... only when u hit the mountains is it semi safe.

Everyone knows western suburbs, cheaper housing because of crime, less jobs, more unemployment, more theft, more violence and so on..

I lived in the western suburbs and now im north... big difference

Some people have a blanket over their eyes if you dont realise any place out west is a dodgy place. Statictical infomation shows you.

CAN WE LEAVE THIS DISCUSSION TO THE TOPIC.

THANK YOU

Just a tip make sure your alarm still works then, turn it up to high sensitivty as if hes found something he likes he'll be back.

If he changed or disconnected your alarm while he was their then he may be back for the car... doubt it but better safe than sorry.

Yep, There's a reason why those area's are cheap.

""a smorgasbord" of reasons not to buy, and the Blacktown/Mt Druitt region is regularly held up as a symbol of society gone wrong. Ethnic tensions, high crime rates and aircraft noise are reasons to stay away from Bankstown, and Blacktown/Mt Druitt is no better."

"The two other noteworthy increases in crime across the State were a 59 per cent increase in robbery without a weapon in the Central West"

"# Sydney Local Government Area, and therefore Inner Sydney Statistical Subdivision, has high recorded crime rates because, compared with other regions, the resident population is small relative to the number of people in the area. In other words the area has a high user population which is not reflected in the denominator of the rate calculation. "

I'm not trying to put anyone who lives in the western subburbs down. It is just a well known fact that the crime rates are higher so you have to be a bit more careful. There is plenty of crime that happens in every suburb. Just some of the worse ones tend to happen out in the western area's.

And I'm not saying that just because someone lives north or in the eastern suburbs they should be less aware or not have alarms or insurance.

like i said leave the discussion for the topic.

i couldnt be bothered reading that!

:D

It was on topic..

It had discussions of alarms and insurance.

If the topic you wrote was about you having your car broken into I'm fairly sure that crime rates have a lot to do with the fact that your car had been broken into. Aka someone broke into your car.. that's a crime. - is related to crime rates.

So maybe you should actually report the break in. Even if you don't think the cops will do anything about it. At least you have done your part as to report the crime.

In the group buy section there is a GPS tracker that are pretty good. They also have a back up battery supply so maybe it's something to invest in even if they are a measley $300 to save your pride and joy. That combined with a decent approved alarm & insurance. You shouldn't have anything to worry about.

See if you can move your cars to around the backyard if possible.

and maybe a security light with sensor facing the cars.

even to the extent of buying a cheap baby monitor and leaving the baby part

in your car at night.

All the best.
