If the topic you wrote was about you having your car broken into I'm fairly sure that crime rates have a lot to do with the fact that your car had been broken into. Aka someone broke into your car.. that's a crime. - is related to crime rates.

So maybe you should actually report the break in. Even if you don't think the cops will do anything about it. At least you have done your part as to report the crime.

I dont mean to harp on this but i just read those stats corinne and it shows that crime has risen twice as fast as blacktown in the Lower Northern Sydney,Inner Western Sydney and Central Western Sydney with the Central Northern Sydney and Inner Sydney having a slightly higher rate then blacktown. Having said that yes blacktown still has the highest number of break ins but only just.

O well hope all turns out ok MZTRBO.
