Just wondering if this result seems a little laggy, or normal for a RB25DET with a 3076. Made 346rwhp on 16psi and Mods are as follows.

ACL 20thou Forgies fully balanced

Nismo 740cc inj. with a Bosch 040

STD Intake and Exhaust manifolds

HKS Intercooler and Exhaust

Microtech LT12

Ive got a profec b spec2 to go in yet.

Sorry about the page formatting.....couldnt work it out  :teehee:huh.gif

The power figure appears in the right ballpark for the boost being run. But that number is an indicator only - how does the thing feel in its delivery? ie does it seem to take a long time to wind up, or does it suit your requirements?

I agree that the 1.06 housing is likely a bit big, and rate the 0.82 as a better all round match with the 25 if you want traction friendly delivery and retain top end breathing capability.

i've got the 3076 in 0.63 rear. i'll be able to tell you on wednesday exactly when mine hits full boost after i get it dyno'd

Yes, please do post up the outcome, and what it feels like to drive. I'd expect to see around 18psi by 3200rpm and a pretty aggressive delivery. Should give you a lot of entertainment. :D

Well i got a chance today to have a look at the turbo and i'll be stuffed if I can see the Housing Ratio anywhere on the exhaust side of the turbo. Its obviously on the car atm the moment, but I even tried using a small mechanics mirror to locate the info. Can anyone give me some hints on the normal location for this.

Cheers.
