R33 Sii Fmic Legalities

Hey guys sorry if this is a repeat subject, but i am hoping to clarify the legalities of cutting a hole in the subframe under the washer bottle [passenger side] for the fmic piping in a series 2 r33 gts-t. Reason being, i heard somewhere it is illegal only if the vehicle has airbags [which mine does]. Also i am really unfond of the kits with all piping up the passanger side. Kind of unattractive IMO so it's really a last resort. Any helpful information will be greatly appreciated. Oh and this is for QLD by the way.

well in vic its deff illegal for all the reasons you stated. stock pipe return looks fine if its done properly. in the end its your call if you want it to look good or be legal.
