How many Km's has it done?

Either way I just change it.

You never know if the previous owner has done it or not.

It does not cost much, $15 or whatever for the filter itself and its easy to change, just ask your mechanic do pull it out of the hose yourself and re-attatch the new one.

I did my 2 years ago and been great.

I think you change it every 3 years or 5 can't remember...

Been reading a bit about changing fuel filters and it doesn't seem all that hard. Just de-pressurise the system by removing some fuses. Clamp up hoses, take old one out, replace with new one, connect everything back up. Pressurise your system again then you're done!

Sounds like a filters a filter in any language but where is it? Last guy had a bosch 040 put in so you'd expect them to change the filter yeah? After 165k km's... If I can get a look at it I could tell if its old or new

It's the little silvery cylinder attached to the RH strut tower. Just follow the fuel hose back from the fuel rail, you should find it.

Nice one... Looks to be standard so reckon I could benefit from a replacement! Thanks for the imput guys
