Another Bov Block Question?

hey i blocked my bov simply with a sheet of thin metal the other day, fluttered (although could hardly hear it due too stock air box still) but when you rev it it stalls???

a mate said disconnect charcole canister etc?

whats happening?

its because your running AFMs. your car senses X amount of air going into your car, but because u blocked your BOV the x amount isnt the same anymore. and the air/fuel ratio changes...and causes your car to stall.

to fix it....unblock the bov, get it tuned, or dont rev it

What he said, engine reads twice as much air when its pushed back out when you back off.. then floods engine with fuel and stalls it .. the end.

not every cars the same, maybe there car runs slightly richer or leaner compared to yours.

u cant compare, even if the mods are the same.
