confused... A/F ratio. help needed

guys, i'm confused (or drunk ) about A/F ratios...

f.i. - 10 to 1 - rich or lean? and 20 to 1 - rich or lean?

f.i. if A/F ratio is 12. is it 12 Qxygen and 1 fuel or otherwise?

The first number (IE 12:1) is the number of air part per fuel!

So 20:1 = a lot of air...> LEAN

& 10:1 = much less air, therefore> Rich

20:1 is the "leanest" mixture that a Wideband O2 sensor can read, and 10:1 is the "richest"

Ideal A/F for Non turbo car is 14.7 Stoik ratio....

And for a Turbo car ~ 13:1 almost stock

And ~ 11:1 for modified Turbo engine that want to run on the safe side!
