Hey all just thought i would share my recent experience at Willall racing. After waiting a good 5 months for my Power FC it was time for a tune (see mods in my signature). When i called Willall and spoke to Gareth i was actually surprised that i got the car in so quick, 3 days to be exact. Drop the car off on Monday spoke to Martin briefly and told him i was after a nice safe tune and left the car there. Returned 2 hours later and to my surprise it was parked up and waiting for me.

I tell ya what Martin sure knows his stuff because the car pulls like a cut snake right through to redline and all on 10.5psi. So a big thumbs up for Willall Racing if your thinking of getting a PFC tuned in your Skyline.

201rwkw seems about right for the power/mods.. Top work. :)

You'll be used to it within a week or two and start thinking about the next round of mods. That GT30 turbo or something of the likes.

Care to share how much u were slugged for 2hrs on the dyno?

Lets just say i have no change left from $2000 after purchase of computer and install. Money well spent in my book best upgrade i have done yet.

I hear what your saying about getting used to the power but i think i have spent enough at this stage. Give it 6-12 months and i will be looking at upgrading turbo etc.

nice looking car :D i was there monday with the 2 s15's.

Martin sure does know his stuff and that new dyno is awesome, finally showing correct figures

Oh that makes sense now cheers for the comment. What did the S15 have done and what power did it make there if you don't mind me asking. Both cars were very nice indeed got a bit of a soft spot for the S15's.

the one with the kit had. Nismo 740cc injectors, HKS/Garret GTRS, profec B boost controller, greddy plenum, greddy suction kit. That made 200rwkw with a slipping clutch, martin said it should make roughly 220-230+ with a better clutch.

the other made 189rwkw with everything except the turbo and plenum.

The boost controllers were mucking around abit. Martin suggested a new wastegate spring/ actuator. They werent holding boost.

Thats nice power to weight must feel good on the street, thanks for sharing that info. The skyline made 197 on his dyno and 201 on Aussies at Hindmarsh which i thought was very close considering ones a mainline and the other is a Dyno Dynamic.

martin is a top bloke! got mine tuned with him, pulled out around 185kw on 12 psi! not to fussy about the figure but he gave it alot more bottom end which i asked for! at the end of the day i was really happy with how the car goes!

Mid range was the main reason for buying the power FC because the standard computer wasn't overly endowed in that area.

thats a very good figure!! top stuff!! i might take mine there for a retune... when i had my pfc mapped and tuned i only made 200awkw on 14 psi.. it was a reletively safe tune but still i tihnk i got a low reading! is their dyno 4wd or 2wd??

hopefully see ya out and about dude! thanks for sharing your experience and a good reccomendation

:D

Hey mate i didn't actually go into the shed but from memory it is a 2WD dyno from what i recall seeing. I'm sure 200awkw would be nice in a 32GTR nothing like traction.........Would be good to catch up on a cruise or something thats for sure.

good figure champ,

good to see my mates dyno at aussie's is fairly simular to the brandnew mainline at willall.

Ryan how are ya mate from what Michael told me your beast is now running some extra boost and making excellent power. Aussies dyno does seem pretty spot on thats for sure, i know of a gen3 pulling 208 at Aussies and then pull 224 at another place with nothing changed. Should catch up for a cruise in the near future.

I am going to go down the road of a RB20 ecu being remapped to my RB25.....with an ebc low boost on 10 and high boost on 13......would be interesting as to where that comes up as to your powerfc mate......

yea champ! 250rwkw on 14psi. Very usable power aswell...thanks mate we'll have to catch up.
