Power Problems - 93' R33 Gts-t Syline

Hey guys new to forum.

Just recently bought the above skyline. Having a bit of an issue with power above 4000-4500... there is a noticable big decrease in power. Not exactly sure what it could be caused by. Power before that range is fine, just hitting that high end is a problem.

Anyone point me in the right direction?

have you checked if your BOV is leaking...

No, it has a front mount intercooler, after market blow off, exhuast.

No have not checked if the BOV is leaking... although it doesn't exactly sound like anything is leaking.

took it for a run last night. It seemed to run better, not dieing so much, but cutting out a little bit and switching back on. New spark plugs? Or plug distance not set correctly?

could just be running better at night cos the air is colder (denser)

think this is a common problem.. try searching for it
