Down On Power

Hoping to get some suggestions on a problem i've just started having lately.

For the past few days the car's been down on power, not quite making full boost, feeling quite laggy (making a lot of noise but not putting the power down) and not sure if this is related, pretty poor fuel economy. Also if you give it a bit of a hit and let off the accelerator, it seems to jolt back a bit, like there's a fair bit of pressure built up going nowhere.

I was thinking at first some piping had come loose or there was some issue there, but it all seems to be ok, nothing immediately obvious.

So i'm wondering what other suggestions you can throw my way?

As for mods, Apexi Power FC, boost control kit, Hybrid FMIC, running 0.9bar of boost (13psi), stock turbo.

wow... there has been so many of these lost power topics this week...

it seems to be a plague...

how far down is your boost... have you checked exhaust studs... might have an exhaust leak, probably not the issue but a good thing to check.

or even a general service... fuel filter and plugs? when where they last changed?

Go to mechanic/tuner

Get service

Check AFR's and related things (timing etc)

Then see. Cant do much more.

could be as simple as a a blown i/c rubber hose, sounds like its the plugs that mite need a change.
