Colour To Paint My R32/r34 Gtr.

Okay guys. I'm soon going to be painting my car and need your opinions on a colour.

My cars a r32 gtr with a fitted a Bee R* R34 front/widebody conversion. The car is currently gun metal grey and has silver gramlight 57pros.

The cars going to be used as a weekend car, but i don't want it to be too much of a cop magnet as it has engine work, but i don't want it being bland either.

Have considered red and midnight purple aswell but i've narrowed it down to these 3 colours. (But i want some of your opinions aswell.)

White with black bonnet (maybe black boot too)

Satin Black or grey.

Silver/champagne

Note: the cars mainly fibreglass so don't want a color that shows too many imperfections.

I'd say White with a black bonnet and boot. I am biased, cos I have seen D34THROW in the flesh many times and it is my favourite R34 GT-R of all time!!

That 'd34throw' GTR looks so farkin tough! Out of the three pictured, definitely white with black/carbon fibre bonnet.

The kit is carbon, but the rest of the car is actually painted matt black.

Go for a Matt Black with Bronze wheels.

There is a R32 GTS-T with a Vertex bodykit in a Matt Black paint job and it looks tuff as.

but its similar to the Sun Line R34 GTR, altho it looks satin-ish.

Matt paint job looks like the car just needs a gloss coating to finish it off, but it suppost to be like that...

Give it that whole "Rough, Mean and TUFF" look IMO.

Yeah i'm starting to go with the white aswell.. but the poll is 50/50 split between the white and the silver

there is a Matt black R32 GTS-T always up at Balwyn Macca's, i think Matt black looks awesoem but not on skylines, i would go silver with a but of a blue flip in it, white is just boring

Too bad it's no longer that colour. It's now some creamy colour, doesn't look too bad, but this car was known for its satin paint.

Just a suggestion, but how bout a purple or even better a chameleon purple with blue? Saw one at the salon last yr, it was my fav 34 GTR there.

Well i've already done the "show-car" style paint on my r33 before, so no purple or chameleon. Plus purple will show any little imperfections which i don't want as its gonna be street driven.

This car i want to keep rather subtle, as i'm focusing on engine work and would rather a mean looking car than opposed to a show- pony etc.

You guys reckon a Z-tune type silver or a normal silver? or perhaps even that bluish/silver seen on yoyota echo's ?

candy33 White and a Black bonnet will look nice aswell.

If I had a R34 it will be White. Looks the best IMO at the same time Satin / Matt Black.

I rekon go the Matt Black just to be different.
