Anyone On Here A Tax Accountant?

Hi all.

Anyone on here a Taxation Accountant? Just after some advice about buying a new car, and what I can and can't claim back on tax, and what lease/hire purchase agreement thingo would be best to sign up to.

Obvioulsy I'd pay in one shape or another, however you chose.

Only intersted in actually fully fleged accountants tho, not people who think they are really handy with tax.

if your registered for gst then get a chattel mortgage. as you can claim all the gst straight away.

I've been an accountant for years but i left the firm i was working for 6mths ago so legally I cant give out advice anymore.

But.... If I was still an accountant, I rekon I'd 'suggest' a few things to you. But it would really depend on what the main purpose of the motor vehicle is, if it's going to be in a business name or if you are registered for GST. PM me your work situation/details and I'll see if I can give you any helpful hints.
