How To Install Air Fuel Gauge (r32 Gtr)

hi as topic states above, i am in need of some help and would like to know

which wire to tap into for the airfuel gauge. i dont know where to locate the signal wire and would like to make sure before i do anything.

any help will be appreciated.

on the wiring loom look for 02 sensor, there are two of them, either should be fine

check in google or in the howto section for RB26 pin out diagrams to find the 02 sensor wire #'s

be sure to note the BNR32 uses titania 02 sensors and not normal 02 sensors like BCNR33 and ECR33

so your a/f guage might not understand/expect titania style 02 sensors - i dont know what will happen if you try it

for example the apexi pen turbo timer expects and uses normal 02 sensors, but it doesnt work on the BNR32

but on the BCNR33 and ECR33 it works and operates fine (as it has normal 02 sensors)

i dont know what titania sensors are or how they are different sorry

What guage is it? had a gready and it didnt work on my 32gtr

it most likely wont work, and even if it does they are useless anyway. it will not tell you anything meaningful. My advice is sell it off and replace it with a useful gauge, like oil pressure, or exhaust gas temp etc.

its an autometer gauge,

so no one has had any luck with r32 gtr airfuel gauges?

The usually work.. but the only real use of a guage on your stock 02 sensor is to have yet another gauge with pretty flashing lights.. not much useful data can be taken from it.

As others have said, useless gauge really that just looks flashy cause it moves around a lot

impress the mates, but nothing of use when there are other far more handy ones

how about we offer the guy a solution.. he obviously really wants his gauge....

Source a R33 GTST sensor or a VL commodore sensor and get a bung welded in the exaust and then run a seperate sensor for your gauge... will work a treat!
