Exedy Clutch

hey guys, as the title says, who is using an Exedy clutch, and how do you rate them? My Extreme clutch just shat itself, and i am not quite ready to part with $1500 for a jim berry full monty. what would you recommened to handle a R33 with 300rwkw

I've got a twin plate in my GTR. It's pretty good haven't launched on it as yet but general driving is fine. I've had no problems as yet

Im using an exedy in my 32.

Its coped a fair bit of flack and still holds very very well!..

I can't say whether it will hold 300kw or how well.

What do you use your 33 for?

If your user name is anything to go by, id say that $1500 is a good investment for a solid clutch.

Do a search in the for sale section, from what I remeber there was a Jim Berry clutch package for sale a couple of weeks ago that was very well priced.

as much as id like to say i use it for drifting, its mainly street use. ive decided to go with the exedy HD cushion button. thanks for everyones input, i should get the car back on the weekend, so ill post up my opinion on monday

get a exedy twin plate. do it once do it right!

had mine in for a couple of months and its all sweet. cant really slip it, but u learn to get around that.

and good for 700hp

I have the xtreame HD cusioned button clutch,Very nice to drive on, and is rated at around 260 rwkw.

But giving you app definalty a singleplate

ive got an exedy heavy duty single, holding 350 rwkw np at all in my 32 we are the distributor for exedy and we can have them alterd for more clamping force.
