Hey guys i have a series 1 and ive noticed a lot of series 2 parts for sale but i have stayed clear due to the possibilty of it not fitting!

Can anyone please verify what can and cant be used?

I know that Series 2 have different headlights and front bar and also rear wing, but what about interior and also under the bonnet?

Thanks in Advance! :whistling:

There are many previous topics on the differences for a better understanding have a search

Front bar wont fit, headlights wont fit

Under bonnet wont matter, same engine

The interior is different so i don't know if it would fit

Just imagine the whole car is the same fitting besides the front and work on that.

I own S2 its a much more modern look but i quite like the interior in the S1/1.5

this link will take you to some series 2 pics. They are front only but just imagine the same colour in the back and you get the idea, personally i like the colour better in the series one but its a more modern comfy chair for the series 2

You have a series one already so you know what they look like

engines are slightly different

I think things like coilpacks etc, will differ between s1 and s2 engines

So if u got a 1995 skyline!! like me.. make sure u know what series engine u got

As some tend to have series 1 engine and others series 2 engine

my car is... 1995/05 ... and its got the series 2 engine.

But im sure the early 01/1995 etc may have series 1 engine
