There was already a book marked manual going around which i have a copy of. Still be keen to see your version of it. Where did u buy the manual from?

from some guy off ebay a while ago, i was hoping it would be better than most the online versions but it wasn't, still that same scanned pages from the nissan manual.

I made all the index's so you can click to follow to the page, mage all the page numbers line up so if you want to goto CH23 you simply type it in down the bottom in the page number selector, I added bookmarks for all primary sections and then split off into each sub section, then left the text recognition go for the night so if i want to search for something like engine removal and i am being lasy i can just search the text for it.

damn way too much time on my hands and not having my car around is getting painful!!!!!1111oneoneone

Like your work keeper.

If you do ever produce a manual let me know. I wish I don't have to do what you are doing but if need be I would love to have some pointers like your manual and have a go at this myself :)

try this link and give me some feedback guys

One suggestion about the guide, on p10 you talk about the drivers side driveshaft, it is a real bastard of course. but we have found that you only need to remove the sway bar link and the ball joint at the end of the control arm (at the 2 red nuts as you describe) once you've done that the hub can swing out freely enough for the driveshaft to come out. In fact 70% of the time you don't even need to undo the hub at all, just lever the driveshaft out of the diff using a pry bar between the head of the diff bolts and the lip on the driveshaft that nissan kindly provided for this purpose. Once the inner end of the driveshaft is about 50% out of the diff it will slip out freely as you raise the motor.

And same in reverse - if you remember halfway back in to line the driveshaft up into the diff, and lower the motor slowly and carefully it will just slip into place. or undo the sway bar and lower control arm to allow the hub to move out far enough.

I also think you didn't mention the negative battery to earth, it is easiest to remove at the engine mount and just leave it in the chasis. and the vacuum line to the map sensor on the firewall. but they are only little things.

need to do some adjustments after this weekend
